RustFS 1.0 embeds Iceberg REST Catalog directly into its object store

RustFS S3 Tables is an Apache Iceberg REST Catalog built into the RustFS object storage kernel, so a single process on port 9000 serves both the S3 API and the Iceberg REST protocol. This removes the need for a separate Hive Metastore or Glue catalog in a self-hosted lakehouse. It is Apache 2.0 with Iceberg format v1 and v2 support (v2 default), while v3 is unsupported.
