Fitbit Air Gets Health Guardian and Three New Features

Google is adding Health Guardian, blood pressure trends and sleep breathing quality to the Fitbit Air, plus insulin resistance estimates. Some features are free, while advanced ones require Premium at $10 monthly or $100 yearly. Automatic workout detection is now twice as accurate, and metal mesh bands are available.
