Google starts rolling out first Health Guardian reports for Pixel Watch and Fitbit Air

Google has begun delivering the first monthly Health Guardian reports to owners of Pixel Watch 3, 4, 5 and Fitbit Air. The feature assesses three new metrics — insulin resistance, blood pressure and sleep breathing quality — based on September data.

• Reports appear in the Google Health app on the Today tab
