Microsoft adds Office to Copilot app, kills Outlook Copilot themes

Microsoft is bringing Office document creation into the Copilot app: a prompt generates a Word file that users can edit and share while the Copilot conversation continues. At the same time, the company is retiring Themes by Copilot in Outlook less than two years after launch. The new features roll out first to Frontier customers in Chat and Cowork.
