Xcode 27.2 introduces JSON format for project configuration

Apple introduced a new JSON-based format for Xcode project configuration files, replacing the traditional property-list format. Available in Xcode 27.2, it improves readability, reduces merge conflicts, and makes project settings easier for AI coding agents to inspect and modify.
