SWI Group raises €800M at €6.1B valuation for transatlantic AI buildout

SWI Group announced on October 12, 2026 an €800 million capital increase with institutional investors at a €6.1 billion valuation. Proceeds will fund its transatlantic AI infrastructure and data center expansion, lifting total equity raised since March 2026 to over €1 billion.

• New ordinary shares issued by SWI Capital Holding on Euronext Amsterdam
• Total share capital rose to 558,399,385 ordinary shares
• Free float increased to roughly 20% of share capital
• Over 80% of capital allocated to a platform exceeding 4 GW
