Episil chairman says SiC is not yet shifting from 6-inch to 8-inch

Episil said on its October 7 earnings call that SiC capacity utilization rebounded from 30% to nearly 90%. The company will add 8-inch production if demand for 6-inch orders keeps rising in 2027.
