Episil sees SiC V-shaped recovery as AI demand fills GaN, TVS capacity

Episil Technologies said silicon carbide capacity utilization rebounded from about 30% in the first half of 2026 to roughly 90% now, driven by recovering demand. GaN and TVS lines are running at full utilization.
