Nokia's 4G network on the Moon ran for just 25 minutes
Nokia Bell Labs deployed its Network In a Box on the lunar surface in March 2025 as part of Intuitive Machines' IM-2 mission, becoming the first carrier to run a 4G network on the Moon.
