New Pixel phones enforce battery throttling after 200 cycles
On newer Google Pixel phones, Battery Health Assistance is enabled by default and cannot be turned off: after 200 charge cycles it lowers the battery's maximum voltage in stages, cutting runtime and charging speed. On models from the Pixel 6a to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, the feature can be toggled manually.
