Android 17 QPR1: 84 new APIs are Pixel-only until December

Android 17 QPR1 rolled out to 25 Pixel models on September 15 with 84 new APIs at level 37.1, including the android.hardware.hid package for direct USB and Bluetooth HID access. The source code did not go to AOSP: per GrapheneOS, since Android 16 the QPR1 and QPR3 releases are Pixel-only, and other OEMs get the APIs and security patches with QPR2 in December.
