Valve ships Proton 11.0-2e and a bigger Proton 11.0-3 Release Candidate

Valve released Proton 11.0-2e with EA App login and Gamescope focus fixes, plus a public Proton 11.0-3 Release Candidate for testing. The RC adds support for dozens of games and fixes controllers, audio, HDR and Proton 11 regressions.
