Valve: Steam for Linux on Arm Chips Isn't Officially Supported
Valve confirmed that Steam Client for Linux on Arm chips is not officially supported, with support limited to x86-64 processors from AMD and Intel. SteamOS is optimized for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the Steam Frame headset, and Proton 11.0 has been ported to Arm.
