Amazon and Flipkart report strong start to India's 2026 festive sales

Amazon India and Flipkart kicked off the Great Indian Festival 2026 and The Big Billion Days 2026. Amazon logged over 440 million visits and a 100% YoY rise in products ordered, while Flipkart hit 6.3 million concurrent users in its peak opening hour and 287 million early-access sessions.
