T-Mobile uses AI to reshape network investment and resilience

T-Mobile is using AI to decide where to build and upgrade its network via Customer-Driven Coverage and to automatically optimize sites during outages and demand spikes. Deutsche Telekom expects €1.1 billion in gross savings from AI in 2027 and €2.5 billion by 2030.
