Lumos acquires Allo Fiber's Joplin, Missouri fiber network

Lumos, T-Mobile's joint venture with EQT Infrastructure, has completed its acquisition of the fiber network built and operated by Allo Fiber in Joplin, Missouri. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Allo customers will keep receiving service until the transition to Lumos near the end of 2026.
