Hanwha Life to buy 50.54% of Acuon Capital for 440 billion won

Hanwha Life is acquiring a controlling 50.54% stake in Acuon Capital for 440 billion won (about $326 million), entering the specialized credit finance business. The deal also brings Acuon Savings Bank under Hanwha Life as a sub-subsidiary, pending regulatory approval.
