HashiCorp releases Terraform Google Cloud provider 8.0

HashiCorp has released version 8.0 of its Terraform provider for Google Cloud. The breaking update changes default load balancing from EXTERNAL to EXTERNAL_MANAGED, removes resources tied to retired Google Cloud services, and converts order-insensitive attributes from lists to sets.
