Spotify launches site to sell its enterprise software

Spotify launched technology.spotify.com, a site that sells its internal tech to outside companies, including Backstage, Confidence, Portal and the AI coding agent tool Xirp. The company hasn't disclosed revenue from these enterprise products, and the site lists no pricing.

• technology.spotify.com will host both open source and paid Spotify services
• Confidence has been sold since 2023, Portal since 2024 and Xirp since 2026
• Backstage was open sourced in 2020 as a developer portal framework
• Spotify serves 777 million monthly active users
