UK ICO: ten AI giants commit to tighter personal data handling
Britain's ICO said Amazon, Anthropic, Apple, Cohere, DeepSeek, Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI and Stability AI have made changes or committed to improve how they handle personal data in AI training. The regulator is now scrutinising autonomous AI agents and opened a six-week call for evidence closing November 20.
