UK and Germany team up against Russian cyberattacks

Britain and Germany announced a partnership to share information and coordinate efforts to monitor, deter and disrupt hostile activity, particularly from Russia. The deal builds on the Kensington Treaty ratified Thursday, but names no agencies and adds no funding.
