SonicWall: UK education cyberattacks surge 67%
SonicWall recorded over 19.3 million medium and high-severity intrusion attempts this year, up from 11.5 million across all of 2025. Education services accounted for 87% of events, mostly automated scanning of web-facing infrastructure and legacy vulnerabilities such as Log4j2.
