Tmux 3.8 brings floating pane improvements and built-in themes

The open-source terminal multiplexer tmux has been updated to version 3.8. Floating panes can now be moved, resized and converted to tiled layouts, plus modal panes, built-in light and dark themes and a fuzzy window switcher on Ctrl+B, Tab.

• Floating panes can be moved, resized with the mouse and swapped with tiled panes
• Modal panes and built-in light and dark themes added
• Fuzzy window switcher bound to Ctrl+B, Tab by default
• A full tmux restart is required after upgrading, not just reconnecting
