KDE Plasma 6.8 brings accent colors and refreshed cursors to Oxygen theme

With Plasma 6.8, the Oxygen and Air themes will become fully accent-color aware, with window glows following the system accent by default. The Oxygen cursor theme gains more sizes and a new busy animation, while fractional scaling fixes target radio buttons, slider handles and in-button icons. The release is scheduled for October 14.
