KargoBot launches mixed freight network in Ordos with cabless robots
KargoBot said it started a scaled AI freight network in Qipanjing, a town in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, combining human-driven trucks, autonomous trucks with cabs and cabless transport robots on one system. The company cites a fleet of about 100 driverless trucks, routes reaching Xinjiang, Gansu, Shaanxi and Shanxi, and a target of lifting per-vehicle economic gain from 20% to over 30%.
