Hyundai Nexo Takes 11% of Japan's Hydrogen Car Market

Hyundai registered 20 all-new Nexo crossovers in Japan by August, with total sales including pending deliveries reaching 35 units, giving it an 11% share of the passenger hydrogen EV market. Of those, 22 are headed to taxi fleets in Tokyo and Aichi Prefecture, where subsidies reach 3.5 million yen per vehicle.
