Charon offers a stable API to Rust compiler internals

Nadrieril, a long-time Rust contributor and maintainer of rustc's pattern-matching infrastructure, has introduced the Charon project. It aims to solve the difficulty of automatically extracting information from Rust crates by providing a stable API for accessing internal compiler data for other tooling.
