AndroidX Security State 1.1.0 brings granular security checks to Android 16

In September 2026 AndroidX shipped the stable Security State 1.1.0 library and Security State Provider 1.0.0. It replaces the single Security Patch Level signal with three patch levels (DSPL, PSPL, ASPL), CVE verification and a full-update readiness check.
