Taiwan develops low-cost terahertz SoC for 6G communications

Associate professor Steve Yang at NTHU is developing a low-cost terahertz system-on-chip for 6G communications. The work targets D-band at 130-150GHz and W-band at 77-95GHz, key front-end module frequencies for the 6G era around 2030.
