EDG C++ compiler front-end goes open source
Edison Design Group has open sourced the front-end of its EDG C++ compiler, with the project now managed by the non-profit C++ Alliance. The code is available on GitHub as the company plans to shut down in 2026. The front-end has been used in Intel C++, Microsoft's MSVC and Nvidia's CUDA compiler.
