Agilink's OmniHand 3 Ultra robot hand learns silk embroidery

Agilink, a spin-off of Chinese robotics firm AgiBot, trained its OmniHand 3 Ultra to perform traditional Suzhou embroidery, splitting silk into 16 strands, threading a needle and stitching. Master embroiderer Fu Xianghong coached the hand. It weighs 630 g, holds 3 kg, lifts up to 8 kg and repeats positions to within 0.2 mm.
