Italian PM Meloni files to trademark her voice against AI deepfakes
Giorgia Meloni has applied to the EUIPO to trademark her voice as protection against AI deepfakes. The filing includes a four-second recording in which she says "Io sono Giorgia" twice. Matthew McConaughey and Taylor Swift have made similar moves.
