Axe Compute buys full ownership of Georgia AI cluster from Duos

Axe Compute completed the purchase of 100% of the SPV owning its AI cluster in Columbus, Georgia, from Duos Technologies on September 30. It paid off the SPV's $87.6m asset-backed loan and will pay Duos a remaining $42.9m in monthly installments of $715,000. The cluster runs 2,304 Nvidia B300 GPUs in 288 servers.
