Princeton researcher Max Springer used a $20 AI subscription and public election records to recover the voting order for 1.52m ballots — 98.9% of in-person votes in 114 of 139 Georgia counties. Georgia's State Elections Board held an emergency meeting and ordered ballot ID numbers redacted after elections.
