Cloudflare ships Python Workers GA and email-gated Quick Tunnels

Cloudflare made Python Workers generally available, running Python on Workers via Pyodide compiled to WebAssembly, though threading and multiprocessing are unsupported. cloudflared 2026.9.3 adds an --allowed-mail flag that gates Quick Tunnels behind one-time PIN email verification.
