TSMC tops global FDI ranking as AI infrastructure redraws investment

TSMC has taken the top spot in a global ranking of foreign direct investment as AI infrastructure reshapes overseas spending. The company's 3nm, 2nm and CoWoS capacity remains tight, and it has locked in 3–6% wafer price hikes for 2027.
