Apple Cash: identity verification required for reloads starting November 9

Apple has notified Apple Cash users of upcoming terms changes: starting November 9, Green Dot Bank will require identity verification to reload the balance. The bank may also enable 'Externally-Initiated Funding Transactions,' allowing direct transfers from a bank or merchant to the Apple Cash Card.
