OCLP 3.0.0 RC brings macOS Tahoe support to old Macs

The OpenCore Legacy Patcher project released OCLP 3.0.0 release candidate, adding macOS Tahoe support for the first time. Installation is easier than before but still requires technical skill; compatibility details are on the project site.
