Linux 7.4 gets initial basic support for Apple M4 chips

Asahi Linux developer Sven Peter submitted pull requests adding very basic device tree support for Apple's M4 chips and the MacBook Neo. The support is only enough to install the kernel on those devices; further work, especially for GPU support, is needed to make the OS usable.
