Valorant player says he inherited a hardware ban via secondhand CPU

Reddit user After-Cartoonist-196 claims a used CPU he bought carried the previous owner's Valorant ban, which he says spread to all his PC components. Riot anticheat head Phillip Koskinas disputes parts of the story, saying hardware bans last four months and cannot infect other parts.
