Riot banned nearly 300,000 Valorant and League players for rank manipulation

Riot Games said on September 17 it has punished 296,416 accounts in League of Legends and VALORANT for rank manipulation since late 2025. Sanctions range from rank rollback and loss of season rewards to temporary bans from three days and permanent bans for bought accounts.
