Exchange Online enforces EWSAllowedAppIDs requirement on October 10
Microsoft is ending fallback support for EWSEnabled=True in Exchange Online. Starting October 10, administrators must explicitly whitelist required application IDs in EWSAllowedAppIDs or risk sudden service outages.
- Exchange Online requires explicit EWSAllowedAppIDs from October 10
- Fallback mode EWSEnabled=True is no longer supported
- Missing Application IDs can cause sudden service outages
