Chinese fabs had ~343 DUVi tools by early 2026, ~270 from ASML

According to the Center for Technology & Statecraft, Chinese fabs had acquired roughly 343 DUVi lithography tools by early 2026, about 270 of them from ASML. Though less advanced than EUV, DUVi tools can be adapted to make 7nm logic chips and HBM memory for AI processors.
