Vietnam AI adoption rises to 26%, but 61% of adopters still experimenting

AI adoption among Vietnamese businesses reached 26%, or about 245,000 companies, up from 18% in 2025, according to AWS-commissioned research by Strand Partners. Yet 61% of adopters remain in the experimentation phase, with only 23% having an organization-wide AI strategy and 13% consistently measuring ROI.
