Microsoft adds Linux container support to WSL

Microsoft announced support for Linux containers in Windows Subsystem for Linux. After running wsl --update, users get the wslc.exe command-line tool and container.exe shortcut, while Intune and Defender for Endpoint gain controls to manage containers and restrict image pulls to approved registries.
