Microsoft cuts Gears of War: E-Day shader waits to seconds on Windows 11

Microsoft enabled Advanced Shader Delivery for Gears of War: E-Day on Windows 11, cutting first-launch shader compilation to a few seconds from several minutes — roughly a 95% reduction. Support arrived for AMD and Qualcomm GPUs on October 1, with Intel and Nvidia following later this month.
