Anthropic Launches Claude Frontier Academy With $100M for 10,000 Engineers
Anthropic on October 2, 2026 launched Claude Frontier Academy, a $100 million training initiative to certify 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers by the end of 2027. First cohorts come from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The program follows a medical-residency model: a simulated enterprise deployment, a 12-week residency and two assessments for the Claude Resident Engineer and Claude Frontier Deployed Engineer badges.
