Apple hit with $5.7 billion verdict over iPhone and Watch haptics
A federal jury in San Diego awarded Taction Technology more than $5.7 billion on Sept. 25 after finding Apple's Taptic Engine infringed two haptic feedback patents used in iPhones and Apple Watches. Apple said it strongly disagrees and plans to appeal the verdict.
