IBM Bob, JetBrains Air and Qodo 3.0 target agentic enterprise development
IBM launched self-hosted deployment for its IBM Bob agentic development platform, targeting on-premises, private-cloud, sovereign and air-gapped environments. JetBrains opened early access to Air in 2026.3 IDE builds with support for Codex, Copilot, Cursor and Claude. Qodo 3.0 adds quality controls for agentic code via its Wisdom Base and Software Map.
