Nightly VPS price tracking: 273 plans never moved, netcup raised prices 40%
HostingSift tracked VPS prices nightly for up to 196 nights: 273 plans at DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, AWS Lightsail and Hostwinds have held one price since February 2026. Meanwhile netcup replaced its G12 line with G12.5 on 22 September, raising x86 VPS prices up to 40% with half the disk, and Hetzner raised CPX prices 144–154% in June.
